Borrowing
Academic staff must be in active status and students must be currently enrolled for the current academic term.
Get the book/s and proceed to the Circulation Counter together with the Identification Card (ID).
Lending privilege is non-transferable. A library user is prohibited from lending his/her ID to another user.
Magazines, newspapers, reference materials, and all other resources are for room use only.
Returning
Borrowed books must be returned on or before the due date, otherwise a corresponding overdue fine will be implemented.
Renewal of Borrowed Books
Borrowers are allowed to renew library materials for three consecutive times if the material is not on the reservation
list of another borrower.
Overdue Fines
A fine of ₱2.00 for students and ₱5.00 for faculty per book, per day will be charged. This does not include Sundays,
holidays, suspension of classes, and lockdown periods.
